Winter Light,Chapters 1 & 2
16 November and 14 December
In an exciting new event for 2019, head to the streets of Llandudno for a dazzling procession of myth and mystery! Fire and light will illuminate the action as you encounter mythical monsters, fierce Vikings, a Victorian circus troupe and other oddities!
Taking place over two nights, this promises to be a spectacular addition to Llandudno’s Christmas calendar!
Christmas on the Welsh Highland Railway
7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22 December
Join Santa for a festive trip on this historic railway, from Caernarfon to the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Look up and the view will quite literally take your breath away; snowy white mountain tops cloaked in deep green evergreen. Could it be any more Christmassy?
Onboard, Santa and his elves pay a visit and meet the passengers. With presents for the believers (and mince pies and sherry for everyone else), it’s a memorable family occasion!
Llandudno Christmas Fayre
14 – 17 November
Head to North Wales’s best-loved seaside resort for the annual Christmas Fayre – one of the biggest fixtures on the town’s calendar. Here you can enjoy cultural entertainment and stroll around more than 150 stalls right in the centre of town.
With all sorts of unique gifts on offer plus tempting local produce and tipples, it’s a great day out. Best of all, it can be enjoyed whatever the weather, as many of the stalls are safely undercover!
Christmas Adventure at Manorafon Farm Park
For a day out the whole family will enjoy, embark on a magical Christmas adventure to Santa’s HQ!
Kids will be kept busy exploring dreamy Christmas scenes, meeting the residents of the North Pole and joining in with festive activities, including writing a letter to Santa, tending to the reindeer and helping the elves in the workshop.
Christmas at Bodnant Garden

Christmas is a magical time at Bodnant Garden. From walks in a frost-sparkling landscape to fun with Santa’s helpers, there really is something for everyone at this popular National Trust property.
Kids can join in with a spot of Christmas crafting at the old Mill or meet Santa in his grotto. Adults will enjoy browsing Bodnant’s range of shops for that perfect gift and you can even choose a real tree to take home from the garden centre!
